Our consumer apps are built on AI-generated characters, stories and visuals for adults. As AI Content Director you will set the creative direction for everything users see: characters, personalities, art styles, writing and the prompts and models that bring them to life. You will lead a team of creators and AI specialists, and you will make sure every piece of content is high quality, consistent with our brands and fully within our safety and compliance rules.
What You’ll Do
- Set the creative vision and quality bar for AI-generated characters, stories and visuals across our apps
- Lead and grow a team of writers, artists, prompt engineers and content moderators
- Build repeatable content pipelines that combine AI models with human review
- Work with product and engineering to improve the models, tools and prompts behind our content
- Own content guidelines and make sure all content is fictional, depicts adults only and never uses real people's likeness without consent
- Work closely with our safety team (OmniWhite) on moderation, policy and incident handling
- Use engagement and retention data to decide what content to create next
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years in creative or content leadership, for example in games, entertainment or digital media
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for text, image or video
- A strong portfolio of character, story or visual work
- A clear understanding of content safety, consent and age-verification requirements
- Experience leading creative teams and giving clear, honest feedback
- Comfort working with adult themes in a professional, respectful way
Nice to Have
- Experience fine-tuning models or building custom AI workflows
- Background in game narrative design or interactive storytelling
- Experience in adult entertainment or a similarly regulated content industry
