Omnicolors is an AI adult entertainment company made of several companies, each with its own color, customers and goals. We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to own the marketing strategy across the whole spectrum: from consumer apps (B2C) to tools for platforms (B2B) and partner programs (B2B2C). You will build and lead the marketing team, set the brand direction for every company, and turn growth into a repeatable, measurable engine. You report directly to the founders and sit on the leadership team.
What You’ll Do
- Define and own the marketing strategy for Omnicolors and each of its companies
- Build, hire and lead a high-performing team across growth, brand, content, affiliates and analytics
- Own the marketing budget and allocate it across channels based on clear return on spend
- Grow consumer acquisition and retention for our B2C apps while keeping cost per acquisition healthy
- Shape positioning and go-to-market for our B2B products in safety, compliance and infrastructure
- Work closely with the Head of Affiliates to scale our partner programs
- Make sure every campaign follows advertising rules, payment provider policies and age-restriction requirements
- Report on performance to the founders with clear goals, forecasts and results
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years leading marketing teams
- A proven record of growing a digital consumer product, ideally subscription-based
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, affiliate marketing and lifecycle marketing
- Experience marketing in a regulated or restricted industry such as adult entertainment, gaming or fintech
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions from data
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to Have
- Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing in the same company
- A network of partners, affiliates and media buyers in the adult or AI space
- Experience marketing AI products
