Affiliates are one of the biggest growth channels for our consumer apps, and OmniYellow, our distribution company, runs the affiliate program that brings audiences to them. As Head of Affiliates you will own the program end to end: recruiting and managing partners, setting commission structures, fighting fraud and keeping every partner compliant. You will turn a strong program into the best direct affiliate program in AI adult entertainment.
What You’ll Do
- Own the OmniPink affiliate program and its results: revenue, active partners and partner quality
- Recruit new affiliates, creators, networks and media buyers, and grow existing relationships
- Design and optimize commission plans across CPA, revenue share and hybrid deals
- Build tracking, reporting and payout processes that partners can trust
- Detect and stop fraud, low-quality traffic and brand bidding
- Make sure partners follow our brand, advertising and age-restriction guidelines
- Build and lead a small team of affiliate managers
- Represent Omnicolors at industry events and conferences
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in affiliate marketing, including at least 2 years leading a program or team
- Experience with affiliate programs in adult entertainment, dating, gaming or similar verticals
- A strong network of affiliates and traffic partners
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms and postback setups
- A data-driven approach to commissions, partner quality and fraud
- Excellent negotiation and relationship skills
Nice to Have
- Experience launching an affiliate program from scratch
- Knowledge of SEO and content-driven affiliate sites
- Additional languages, especially Spanish, German or Portuguese
