We spend on many channels across several companies, and we want every euro to count. As Marketing Analyst you will turn our marketing data into clear answers: which channels work, which campaigns to scale, and where we are wasting money. You will work closely with the CMO, the Head of Affiliates and our growth team, and your reports will shape how we spend our budget.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards for acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue
- Measure the performance of paid, organic, affiliate and lifecycle channels
- Track key metrics such as cost per acquisition, lifetime value and return on ad spend
- Design and analyze A/B tests for landing pages, pricing and onboarding
- Improve attribution and tracking across our apps and partner programs
- Spot trends and opportunities early and turn them into clear recommendations
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the leadership team
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics or a similar role
- Strong SQL skills and experience with a BI tool such as Looker, Metabase or Power BI
- Solid knowledge of web and app analytics tools
- A good understanding of digital marketing channels and their key metrics
- The ability to explain data clearly to people who are not analysts
- Attention to detail and a curious, questioning mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python or R for analysis
- Experience with subscription businesses or affiliate marketing data
- Familiarity with marketing mix modeling or incrementality testing
